1. General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the mmk04 platform ("Service", "Platform", "mmk04") and the players who use it ("you", "user").

By using mmk04's services, registering an account, or performing any action on the platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

mmk04 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use mmk04's services, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each person may only open one account; owning duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must register under your own name; registration using another person's identity is not allowed.
• You must have read and understood these terms and conditions and be able to comply with them.
• You must not have previously had an mmk04 account that was blocked.

If mmk04 finds that the information provided during account registration is incorrect, mmk04 has the right to suspend the account and to forfeit any funds and bonus winnings in that account.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

When opening an account, you must correctly fill in your real name, contact number, and payment details. You must be able to verify your personal information at the time of deposits and withdrawals, or whenever mmk04 requests it.

3.2 Account Security

You must keep your account login details confidential. Any action carried out through your account is considered your responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify customer service immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may only open one account. If duplicate accounts are found sharing the same phone number, payment account, or IP address, mmk04 has the right to block all such accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

For deposits and withdrawals at mmk04, you can use KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. All payment transactions must be made from an account registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's account is not allowed.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after mmk04 verifies and approves them. This period may vary depending on the operating hours of banks and payment services.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, mmk04 may request documents needed to verify account ownership. Bonus wagering requirements will also be checked. Withdrawals will only be approved once all these conditions are met.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mmk04 welcome bonus — receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit (up to 100,000 Ks). For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks.
• Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 320,000 Ks. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To be eligible to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount, which is called the "Wagering Requirement." Funds obtained from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own specific registration period, wagering conditions, and game restrictions. Please read and check these terms before claiming a bonus.
• If bonus abuse or exploitation of loopholes is detected, mmk04 has the right to cancel the bonus funds and any winnings obtained from them.
• Each person may only receive a bonus once; any repeated attempts will be declined.
• Bonuses may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

6. Game Rules

6.1 Games

At mmk04 you can play football live betting, live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slots, crash games, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, and more. Each game may have its own specific betting rules.

6.2 Technical Errors

If mmk04 determines that winnings or game results were obtained due to a software or technical error, mmk04 has the right to void them. If you become aware of such an error, you must notify customer service immediately rather than attempting to exploit it.

6.3 Game Decisions

In any dispute regarding game results, the data recorded on mmk04's server is the final decision.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on mmk04—

• Exploiting game loopholes or taking advantage of software bugs.
• Exploiting bonus loopholes using software or tools (Bonus Arbing).
• Using bots or automated playing software.
• Using the platform as a money laundering tool.
• Accessing and playing with another person's account or sharing personal information.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing staff or other players.
• Transferring, selling, or giving away your account.

If these restrictions are violated, mmk04 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and forfeit the balance.

mmk04 may share personal information with third-party service providers where necessary to carry out legally required financial checks and anti-money laundering (AML) checks.

9. Limitation of Liability

mmk04 is not responsible for the following situations—

• Losses caused by your internet connection dropping or technical issues on your end.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Losses resulting from your account login credentials being compromised.
• Service interruptions beyond our control (Force Majeure).

While this agreement states that mmk04 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or immediately shut down its service at any time and from anywhere, the legitimate balances of players will be protected.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Our Right to Suspend

In the following situations, mmk04 reserves the right to immediately suspend an account without prior notice—

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found upon investigation.
• Bonus loophole exploitation is found upon investigation.
• Money laundering activity is suspected.
• Registration using false personal information is found.

10.2 Your Right to Close

You may contact customer support at any time to close your account. Before closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be settled and a date will be arranged for any legitimate balances to be withdrawn.

11. Amendments to Terms

mmk04 may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be announced on the platform and will take effect from the date the amendment is made. Continuing to play after an amendment is made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
